From the beginning — de novo.
De Novo was founded in Belgrade in 2027 on a simple, stubborn idea: that a spirit should be built from the ground up, questioning every step. We are equal parts laboratory and cellar — measuring, distilling and refining until what remains is pure.
Our home is Belgrade, at the confluence of the Sava and the Danube, where soft artesian water and a long distilling heritage meet. From here we make the De Novo Collection: PRIMA vodka today; OPUS, BOTANICA and KOREN to come.
