Most vodka is distilled three times. PRIMA is distilled seven.
Each pass through the copper column strips a little more — fusel oils, rough edges, anything that clouds the clarity we are after. By the seventh, what remains is almost nothing, and that almost nothing is the point.
Why copper
Copper is not decoration. It reacts with sulphur compounds in the spirit and pulls them out, leaving a cleaner, softer distillate. Our still is built for it.
The crystal filter
After distillation, the spirit rests against birch charcoal and passes through a fine mineral bed. This is the crystal filtration that gives PRIMA its name.
